Catrina Meyer Receives 2017 Mortensen-Voorhees Award

Catrina Meyer is the 2017 recipient of the Mortensen/Voorhees Award for Achievement in Transportation Studies. After graduating from Bloustein in spring 2017, Catina began working as a Transportation Planner at Fehr & Peers in Los Angeles, California. She is currently working on the transportation element of a General Plan and Traffic Impact Studies, utilizing her GIS skills. During her MCRP studies at the Bloustein School, she worked at the Voorhees Transportation Center, where she created a dynamic time-based map of job growth near ferry terminals using ArcGIS Online for New York Waterways, compiled data and designed several maps of health indicators for the Trenton APA Plan4Health study. She was also instrumental in assisting with a local bus market study for NJ Transit. Congratulations, Catrina!
