How to Improve NJ’s Quality of Life — 2014 Summer Series of NJ.com Articles

On June 29, 2014, Together North Jersey launched a summer-long engagement series in partnership with The Star-Ledger and NJ.com. The series of op-eds, articles, live chats, polls, and other interactive activities were an opportunity for New Jersey residents to be involved in improving their state’s quality of life.

The Star-Ledger has branded our partnership under the title "Improving New Jersey." Look for this logo on NJ.com to find our pieces!

The last post written by VTC’s Jon Carnegie was published on NJ.com on September 3, 2014 concluding an exciting summer of public engagement. Throughout the series, viewers left thousands of comments and questions, many of which are addressed by featured experts and Together North Jersey staff. Our polls received thousands of responses and our “Where You Should Live in New Jersey” quiz was viewed more than 400,000 times and shared on Facebook more than 150,000 times. Residents of the region also contributed to posts with their own photos and videos.
