Rachel Brown‘s professional work has been focused on equitable mobility, design justice, and citizen engagement through a cultural lens. Her applied planning experience with both NYC Department of Transportation and Hudson County Office of Planning includes, program evaluation, equity assessments, and public outreach. Rachel holds a B.S in Economics from St. John’s University and will receive her master’s in urban planning from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service May of 2021.
