Transforming Transportation
Anne Canby, President of the Washington-based Surface Transportation Policy Project, spoke March 29, 2005, at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy as part of the Alan M. Voorhees Distinguished Speaker Series. Ms. Canby addressed the need for balance in transportation planning between highways and other modes, as well as the criticality of incorporating transportation needs in land use planning.
